The GLHS Multi-fandom club is open to both high school and middle school students to provide them the opportunity to celebrate their unique interests. The club focuses on fandom based interests which include anime, literature, art, gaming, pop culture, and so much more. Club meetings can be anything from watching anime to gaming, both electronic and tabletop. We host several sessions of student run D&D campaigns, attend the local family friendly Con, and encourage students to express themselves creatively. Each year the club attends ConNooga where they present at least one panel. For the past few years they’ve made a name for themselves at the Con as presenting a very good panel, and it is very well attended. At panel the kids have to present information in front of an audience and be prepared to improv if asked something they were not prepared for. They spend months preparing for the event, but enjoy it a lot.
