FCCLA
Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA)
FCCLA is a Career and Technical Student Organization that functions as an integral part of the Family and Consumer Science Education curriculum. Students who enrolled in or completed a course in Family and Consumer Science may join FCCLA. FCCLA helps students focus on a variety of youth concerns, including parenting, family relationships, substance abuse, peer pressure, sustainability, nutrition and fitness, teen violence and career preparation for the career pathways offered at Gordon Lee High School. Student membership is affiliated with local, state and national FCCLA. The amount for dues is dependent on the state and national amounts. The current year’s dues are $14.00.
